Holly B's Story
Life
I have one son, 7 pets and one gorgeous Harley. Love my bike!!! But then, if you know me that wont surprise you. Moved back to Florida from Nevada in April 2009. Loved the mountains out here but frankly missed my mountains back home. I missed a good thunderstorm. Still am into sports and love to have a good theological discussion as long as someone isnt trying to convert me.
I am in a committed long-term relationship with another woman. Yes, I am lesbian... a fact that seems to shock and annoy my former classmates! Tho for the life of me I cant understand why anyone is surprised! I am still the same person I was then. Perhaps abit more outspoken. Discrimination has a way of doing that to you. Something I am sure my other minority brothers and sisters, be they gay, black, hispanic, muslim, etc, will agree with. Still, with all the the supposed progress in the human rights area, you still shun, ignore and condemn me (please Paul, dont try to save me again, I'm not lost) What happened to all those "live and let live, peace brother" flower children?
I would love to see Ms. Dewberry, Ms Brown and Mr Rue...Expand for more
lf again. Although Mike Ruelf is my sons dentist.
The wildest thing I ever did in school.......hmmm...besides riding my skateboard to and from class.....it would have to be....oh geesh, after 38 years I still cant bring myself to say I did it tho everyone knows I did. I told everyone at the beginning of our senior year I was going to do it on the last day in school.......'member?? You 'member.
My first "crush" didnt go to Dixie or even live in Florida.
I hope my old friends remember me for the outgoing and accepting person I was and still am.
Lifes biggest surprise for me was moving away from the South and moving out West. Glad to be back!!
My one do over would be to join the military right out of school.
I dont think any of my jobs were weird or I wouldnt have done them. My most unusual would have to be my business as a chimney sweep.
I always wanted to be a the first female astronaut when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a pipe dream idea. As it turns out, they were right.
Dont know what else there is.....guess you will have to ask. Email me sometime......if you dare.
See ya 'round!
